2. What we collect
When you submit a form (contact, valuation, enquiry) we collect: name, email, phone, budget, message and any context provided (property reference, area). We also log technical data such as page URL, referrer and UTM parameters to understand campaign performance.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, present suitable properties, arrange viewings, send relevant market updates if you opt in, and comply with Spanish anti-money-laundering regulation (Law 10/2010).
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Consent — for marketing communications.
- Pre-contractual measures — to answer your enquiry.
- Legal obligation — AML and tax reporting.
- Legitimate interest — analytics and improving the service.
5. Sharing
Your data is processed by our hosting provider, email service, CRM and (where relevant) collaborating notaries, lawyers and surveyors. We never sell personal data.
6. Retention
Lead data is kept up to 5 years from last contact. Transaction records are kept 10 years as required by Spanish law.
