We started Mallorca Life Real Estate because we wanted to work on the island the way we believed property should be sold: personally, patiently and with a real understanding of place.

Most of our buyers come from Scandinavia, Germany and the UK. Most arrive curious; many become friends. We're with them for the visit, for the lawyer, for the notary and for the years after, when the bookshelf needs a carpenter or the garden needs a name.

On the seller side, we take on what we can do well. Considered marketing, real photography, qualified introductions and quiet representation when that's what an owner needs.
